Agent Incentive Booklet Design
Designed a dynamic and visually engaging incentive booklet to motivate and inform real estate agents across the Howard Hanna network. This 12-page piece highlights key programs such as travel rewards, monthly income advantages, and performance-based recognition. I developed the layout, typography, color strategy, and photo treatments to maintain brand consistency while bringing energy and clarity to the content. Strategic use of selective color on grayscale photography draws attention to enthusiasm, success, and brand elements—reinforcing motivation and professionalism throughout the booklet.
